Recently, the Chenghai Zhangshan Beam Fabrication Yard of China Railway Erju Co., Ltd. passed the special review conducted by the Railway BIM Alliance and was awarded the title of "Five-Star Railway Intelligent Beam Fabrication Yard", the first of its kind in China. The digital management platform built for the beam fabrication yard by Southwest Jiaotong University (Shanghai) Intelligent System Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Jiaotong University Railway Development, has achieved full-process intelligence in production and received high recognition from the review panel.

During the on-site inspection, the evaluation team rigorously adhered to the standards outlined in the "Railway Intelligent Beam Field Service Certification" and conducted a detailed review of the operational data from the digital twin platform, the full-process traceability system, and the smart security system. They expressed their full affirmation for the digital management model featuring "perception through a single image and what you see is what you get".

The intelligent beam yard production management system, independently developed by Jiao Tong University Intelligent, relies on a 3D visualization platform to achieve digital management of the entire lifecycle of beam production. The system integrates data such as production progress, pedestal status, and equipment information to enable visualization of the production process; strengthens on-site real-time control through video surveillance and personnel and equipment positioning; and connects multiple subsystems such as laboratories, mixing stations, and steel processing to achieve centralized management of key data such as raw material traceability, tensioning, and grouting. This system promotes the upgrading of beam yard management towards intelligence, refinement, and standardization, and aids in the smart construction of transportation infrastructure.
